Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Mid-City Electric, you'll take ownership of key commercial projects—leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering results that exceed client expectations. What You Will Be Doing:

• Prepare bids and estimates
• Secure profitable work
• Maintain strong, positive relationships
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Maintain high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
• Requisition needed supplies and materials
• Maintain safe job sites and encourage safe work practices

Key Experience Needed to Hit the Ground Running:

• Demonstrated experience in a project management role
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field

What Would Really Make You Shine:

• LEED Certification
• Accubid experience
• Commercial electrical project management experience

• Compensation for this role ranges from $80K to $110K annually based on experience
• Annual bonus potential
