Our Superintendents play a vital role in our construction team, serving as the primary point of contact for client representatives, architectural and engineering (AE) representatives, other contractors, and project partners to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the operations team throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, safety protocols, and scheduling details.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years in construction management and/or craft supervision, specifically in similar facility construction projects.
- Construction Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, and methods.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings effectively.
- Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations required to ensure our projects are being built safely.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential for success in this role.
- Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various project management technologies and software (Document Management Software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, Word) for effective execution of project-related responsibilities.
- Scheduling: Must be able to manage construction schedules and use construction scheduling software and communicate effectively with all parties involved.
- The Main Goal: Provide supervision for construction projects, to bring them to a successful completion, both on time and within budget. Projects range in size and complexity, from small renovations to large projects.
