| Position Description |

- Execution per SBI best practice
- Review drawings in detail, establish complete understanding of plans and specifications within contracted scope of work
- Review and comment on all self-performed tasks
- Review sub-contractor list
- Review WO’s & PO’s to fully understand scope of work
- Review with estimating team/PM outstanding areas of scope, concerns, potential issues
- Discusses and mitigates safety concerns
- In person project oversight during the construction phase per best practice manual
- (Daily) Monitor and respond to texts, email, and voicemail from subcontractors, client, PM, and PX
- (Daily) Take photos of jobsite progress and upload to DS File regularly
- Responsible for scheduling subcontractors (in 2-week window) to the jobsite to keep construction activity on schedule.
- Re-scheduling when needed
- Communicating all scheduling changes/conflicts with PM’s (PM- updating and sharing schedule with project stakeholders)
- Friday phone call (recommended morning meeting) with PM to review next week’s project schedule
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a 3-week look ahead schedule for the job
- Will manage, inspect, and ensure that all trades complete work with quality and craftsmanship up to the standards of Sullivan Builders best practices manual.
- Responsible for keeping job schedule on track
- Shall review and understand the working Superintendent model as prescribed for particular job. Most projects will require superintendent time to be self-performing tasks per the pre-construction Handoff Meeting.
- Participate in project turnover walk with PM & PE
- Participate in post project review
- Available for any project specific questions that may arise after construction
- Attend monthly Superintendent meeting at main office

| Skills/Experience Needed: | - High school diploma, trade school certification, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required
- Minimum five (5) years relevant construction field related experience
- Knowledgeable in residential and ground-up construction
