Position Description

This position answers all inbound calls. They perform service work for customers including but not limited to:

  • adding/deleting/replacing vehicles
  • changing coverages
  • adding/deleting lien-holders and mortgagees
  • answering billing questions
  • verifying insurance

    • In addition to inbound service calls, the Customer Service Representative performs service activities to support the account managers on their team and their manager or others, consistent with the responsibilities outlined above.

Skills/Experience Needed:
  • Strong Phone/Communication skills
  • P&C Agent License - not required to hire, can get licensed after hire
  • Strong Computer Skills
