| Position Description | FLOORING DELIVERY DRIVER
We are seeking a flooring delivery driver who will deliver flooring materials to customer’s sites, including loading and securing the product into the truck, driving to customer sites, unloading and setting in place and getting sign-off for receipt of product.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensures all required product, equipment, tools and supplies are on truck for day’s delivery
- Ensures flooring materials are loaded into truck in delivery sequence and materials are secured so that no damage will occur during trip to customer

| Skills/Experience Needed: | Ideal Candidate has:
- Comfortable driving a box truck and can do safely while obeying all traffic rules
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Good manners and good oral communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Flooring Warehouse Associate
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving flooring product
- Maintaining the warehouse facility and installation equipment
- Load and unload trailers in an accurate, safe and timely manner
- Sort and place materials or items according to organization standards
- Proper use of hand truck, 4-wheel dolly and pallet jack
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Warehouse experience
- Technology experience
- Forklift license (preferred but not required)
FLOORING INSTALLER
We are seeking a commercial flooring installer with experience installing the following materials: tile (ceramic, glass, stone, etc.) as well as LVT, VCT, sheet vinyl, broadloom, carpet tiling.
Responsibilities include:
- Measure and layout material for flooring installs
- Inspect and clean surface in preparation for material
- Work with flooring tools such as tile saws, carpet, and vinyl cutters
- Ensure flooring materials are installed per shop drawing provided
- Pick up flooring materials or move site delivered materials to appropriate staging areas
- Communicate to customers about proper installation after care for their floors
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Experience with commercial flooring/construction sites
- Capable of independent or group work
- Interpersonal, organization, leadership and troubleshooting abilities
- Able to read and interpret commercial construction plans and blueprints
- Able to work flexible hours including over-time, nights and weekends as needed
All candidates for each position must:
- Be willing to submit a background check and drug test
- Be able to communicate well with co-workers and supervisors
- Able to regularly lift 10+ pounds, frequently be able to lift 50+ pounds and occasionally help with 100+ pounds
