Position Description

PSC Crane and Rigging is adding a Marketing Assistant to our team. The Marketing Assistant will assist with the strategic marketing vision and help drive above-market growth within key end markets. He/she will work with the sales team to provide support for developing promotions that encourage repeat customers. The Marketing Assistant will also help drive innovation by understanding market trends, conducting market research, coordinating tradeshow appearances and assist in developing solutions that solve customer pain points. What you’ll do:

  • Manage all PSC social media and proactively identify new and trending platforms.
  • Compile customer satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with new customer development through inbound/outbound leads and email campaigns.
  • Manage internal and external company newsletters – including content creation, editing, review and distribution
  • Coordinate tradeshow strategies and provide data recommendation on booth selection, logistics, set up, team member involvement and client coronation.
  • Manage/develop and capture reviews, photos, graphics and editorials with specific media companies.
  • Create and manage company brochures and other forms of advertisement.
  • Collect photos of equipment and create job highlights for advertising, customer collateral and social media.
  • Conduct market research to better understand customer requirement and competition.
  • Be willing to travel to PSC job sites and/or customer visits.
  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability.
Skills/Experience Needed:

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or Advertising.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in graphic arts and campaign execution.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel to various PSC locations, job sites, customer sites with the occasional overnight required.

Starting Salary/Pay:$55,000/year
